How do I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number to your e-mail address, please check the spam folder as sometimes it doesn't show in your inbox.

How to return or change product?

We will help you return your items and give you credit to buy another item or items from our store. Shipping charges usually cost $250 pesos for exchanges but if the problem with the item was our fault we will cover them.

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide, at the end of your order you will be able to see the available options and prices.

In store pickup?

You can pay online or at the store in Guadalajara and pick up the product there. It is important to bring ID and sign when your product is picked up.

Do you have coupons?

We usually apply the coupons automatically when we have temporary discounts, but if we give you a coupon you can apply it yourself at the time of checkout and get the promo that is offered.

Warranty policies?

We want you to be happy with your purchase everytime but we depend on the brand of the product you buy to make sure they give you the proper warranty, we will help you in the process so we can get a replacement or refund depending on the case.
